Worked on all weekend because I'm still in an art block concerning trades, but anyways..
This dressup lets you customize umbreon to your own desires, OCs or just for fun and slightly better than v1.0. I had fun making the menu that gives you more options, including the dubious option of changing the background color if you care. I hope to have espeon's update done soon too as it's currently in progress, so it will look similar to this one. Hope you enjoy it ^^ |

although there is a couple of layering issues...the tie and the scarf are on top of the cookie when it's in the umbreon's mouth, and should be under it like the other collars
