I think this is a really well done piece. The soft colors that you have chosen here, especially for the background, give it a really nice look to it. As well as the soft shading and lighting, that too gives the finished artwork a really well done look. I also like the eyes here, the colors and the style that you have chosen for them are good enough to the eyes that it gives them class and originality to the original idea of pokemon design in the first place. I also think your anatomy on the pokemon is improving as well, between the leafeon and the eevee, people can definitely tell that the eevee is the baby compared to the leafeon, like it's supposed to be. Plus for Vision is that frame idea, I think it gives the artwork a finished look at makes your artworks very professional looking which I'm sure appeals others as well as mine in our grade books. Originality, as said is unique here, but I'm liking it because it shows that you're not too worried about the little details, but it shows also that you want to show as much as possible. I actually like the ideas of the stream/river, and worrying too much about the grass details, unless you really want to improve on that, I personally think you're in a good start from me! Technique, explained and impact, overall, I think this is a well done piece of artwork. If you keep going with this kind of style and modifying it to your own appreciation, I think this kind of style will look good and very professional, different but unique and well done artwork on your part!
