Delcatty Dressupby =pichu90

First dressup of the year, and about time for a new one ^-^

Working on many Flash stuff right now, another dressup and animation which won't be done until a little later, here is one for delcatty

I thought the pose for delcatty was too adorable not to make a dressup, and am thinking of switching up the poses for fututre ones too. You cannot change the pose mind you but this one has many options to choose from:

- Toggling claws, fangs to be shown
- Belly and paw colors and whether you want them to be hidden (all previous dressups didn't do that)
- Background color changing to match the character color
- Mouth and Eyes can be changed with a button, like my early dressups which may help save time with placement

Another option I was thinking about (and may be included with the next one) was automatic snapping to position, for example with clothing. Not included here, because of time but the good part is that you can still place things where you want 100% of the time
