A simple chibi pokemon experiment with a breed I don't see too often here. I didn't feel like adding a fancy background this time as I think it would be too distracting here. I like most people have a 3-day weekend so I hope I can get more done ^^

Note: This isn't necessarily for a dressup, but it could easily fit ^^
